New customers find you. Regulars keep coming back.

Stampifi is a loyalty club on your customers’ phones: stamp cards, rewards and campaigns that bring regulars back and bring new people in.

Made for places people come back to:

Cafés Bakeries Ice cream shops Barbers Bookshops Bars Small restaurants

How a passer-by becomes a regular.

Five stops, from the first time someone hears about you to the week they come in without thinking.

Found

New customers find you.

People around the corner see you in the app, together with your offer. And a customer who already loves you brings a friend.

  • Businesses near youYour place and your reward are shown to Stampifi customers nearby.
  • Campaigns by distanceA message to customers who are close by, right when they can drop in.
  • Refer a friendA bonus stamp for the customer whose friend joined.

First visit

Everyone who walks in stays with you.

A new customer scans the QR code on your counter and joins your club in seconds. From then on you know when they came and how to bring them back. Every stamp needs your team’s approval, so there are no fakes.

Back again

Win back the ones who drifted.

See who has not been back in a while and send them a good reason to return, straight to their phone. No mailing lists, no guesswork.

Regular

Turn returning customers into regulars.

You decide what customers get and when: rewards along the card, loyalty levels for the people who come most, and a prize draw that gives one more reason to drop by this week.

Your reward Free croissant Unlocks at the eighth stamp. Your team approves every redemption.

Loyalty levels

Reward the customers who bring you the most.

Prize draw

A reason to drop by this week, not next month.

In your own branding

Your colours and icons, in three styles: a stamp card, a cup that fills up, or a flower that blooms.

You see it all

A tool for running the business, not just a stamp card.

How many came back, how many are new, who is starting to drift, and what actually works. It all lives in the app’s work mode, with no separate dashboard and no per-staff fee.

  • Branches and staffInvite staff by phone number. Each person gets only the permissions you give them.
  • Customer groups and campaignsReach the right group: your regulars, the ones who drifted, or the ones close by.
  • A ready counter kitA printable QR poster and a link for an NFC tag. Print, stick, start.
  • Stamp logEvery stamp added, undone or corrected, with who and when.

Free to build. Paid to go live.

Setting up costs nothing: branches, cards, rewards and staff. A plan is what turns the card on for customers, and plans are measured in visits, not stamps.

The first plan includes up to1,500visits a month

Who is behind Stampifi

One engineer, one wallet full of paper cards.

Work on Stampifi started on 19 May 2025, with a wallet holding about ten coffee cards. None was close to a reward, some were crumpled, and at least one was from a place I had stopped going to.

So I started building what I wanted: the same idea, without the paper. I wrote the first version myself and keep building Stampifi, from the app and the server to the protections that stop fake stamps.

I wanted a small café to run a loyalty club that actually works, and nobody to lose their progress because a piece of paper went through the wash.

Questions

Did not find your answer? Talk to us.

Is Stampifi free?

For customers, yes, always, with no limit on cards or rewards. For a business, setting up is free and going live is paid: you can add a branch, design a card and invite staff without paying, but a plan is needed before a customer can join a card or collect a stamp.

What counts as a visit?

A visit counts when at least one stamp is approved for a customer. Several stamps in one purchase are still one visit, and more stamps at the same branch within 15 minutes count as the same visit. Browsing the app, getting a notification, walking past the shop or a rejected request never count.

Can customers tap to collect?

On Android, yes: the phone can act as the card and tap an NFC reader. On iPhone that is not supported in Stampifi yet, so a QR code is shown instead, automatically. Either way the stamp waits for your approval.

How do rewards work?

You choose the reward and the step of the card where it unlocks; it does not have to be the last stamp. When the customer reaches it, the reward is ready in the app. They show a code, and someone on your team approves it.

What if a customer loses their phone?

Nothing is lost. Cards, stamps and rewards belong to the account, not the device. Sign in on the new phone and everything is there.

Can people with disabilities use the app?

We build Stampifi to work with assistive technology. Buttons and fields have names a screen reader can read aloud, text follows your phone’s font size up to 200%, you can turn down animations in the app, and the interface runs right to left in Hebrew. Tap targets are large, and colour contrast is checked in light and dark mode. We have checked this on an Android device, but we have not yet tested it by listening with TalkBack or VoiceOver. Hit a barrier? Read our accessibility statement and contact us; we reply within three business days.

Is the app available now?

Not yet. Stampifi is in early access ahead of its App Store and Google Play launch. There is no browser version, because collecting relies on the phone’s camera and NFC hardware.
