Stampifi

Free to build.
Paid to go live.

Setting up costs nothing. A plan turns the card on for customers — and plans are measured in visits, not stamps. One trip to your shop counts once, however many stamps it earned.

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of customer visits. Nothing else is metered — branches, cards, staff and customers are never capped.

Subscriptions are purchased through the App Store or Google Play. The price you see at checkout is in your own currency with your own tax, set by the store. Customers are never charged.

What you get before you pay

There is no free plan, but there is no paywall in front of the work either.

FreeCreate your merchant account, add your places, and design as many cards as you like.
FreeSet the stamps, the layout, the rewards and the loyalty levels. Upload your own icons.
FreeInvite your staff and set their permissions.
Needs a planMinting the QR code for your counter, and printable or NFC tags.
Needs a planCustomers finding, joining or seeing your card at all.
Needs a planApproving a stamp, and running campaigns.

Until a plan is active your card stays a draft. Nothing you built is lost or changed — it goes live the moment the plan does.

What counts as a visit

Only one thing is measured, and a customer can only produce one of them at a time.

CountsA trip to your shop where you or your staff approved a stamp.
FreeExtra stamps in that same visit — four coffees on one order is still one visit.
FreeAnything else at the same place within 15 minutes. It is the same visit.
FreeA stamp request you reject, and any failed or duplicate request.
FreeBrowsing the app, receiving a push, appearing on the map, opening the app.
FreeA customer walking past or near your shop.
FreeEvery customer account, forever.

What happens if you go over

Nothing is charged and nothing is switched off.

80%Stampifi tells you that you are approaching the allowance.
100%You are told you have reached it, and offered the next plan up.
Past itA stronger warning. Your cards keep working, stamps keep being approved, and there is no per-visit overage charge.

Moving up a plan is your decision, made in the app. Stampifi never upgrades you automatically and never disables a card for going over.

Payments

Subscriptions are handled by the App Store and Google Play, so billing, receipts and cancellation live in your store account.

Stampifi does not collect or store card numbers, CVC, or raw payment card details. See the refund policy for how refunds work.

Frequently asked questions

Do customers pay to use Stampifi?

No. Stampifi is free for customers, with no limit on cards or rewards.

Is there a free plan?

No. You can build everything without paying — account, places, cards, rewards, staff — but a plan is required before a customer can join a card or collect a stamp. There is no free tier that operates live.

Is a stamp the same as a visit?

No, and this is the important difference. A card that gives four stamps per order still produces one visit. Visits are what plans are measured in.

Will I be charged for going over my allowance?

No. There is no per-visit overage price. You get warnings and an upgrade prompt, and your cards carry on working.

Are there limits on branches, cards, staff or customers?

No. Plans do not cap any of them. Visits are the only thing measured.

In what currency will I be charged?

Your own. Subscriptions are bought through the App Store or Google Play, and the store shows the price in your local currency, including the tax that applies where you are.
